Responsibility: 1) Lead all areas of Manufacturing in a very fast-paced automated manufacturing environment.2) Drive continuous improvement in every phase of the operation yielding agreed targets on quality, and throughput.3) Ensure accurate and adequate capacity availability to meet sales budget, highlighting any additional capital equipment requirements.4) Implement and ensure effective use of MRP in the manufacturing dept.5) Lead the daily operations meeting ensuring actions are progressed in a timely manner to support all customer requirements on delivery and quality.6) Lead and develop a world class Manufacturing Engineering group ensuring effective support and improvement to all processes.7) Ensure housekeeping is maintained to high standards.8) Lead, develop nurture subordinates ensuring effective succession planning.9) Instill an aggressive culture, with a desire for urgency and the ability to lead win-win outcomes to issues. 10) Ability to develop and challenge direct reports to reach new levels of performance and job satisfaction.11) Develop, analyze and control monthly and annual departmental expense budgets.12) Provides leadership and support to all required planning and site meetings. Requirement: 1) Bachelor degree in mechanical or engineering.2) 8 years of management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment3) 8 years of management experience in a multiple shift manufacturing environment4) 5years of management experience in a leadership role with personnel and budgetary responsibility.5) Familiarity with cable is preferred.6) Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical papers.7) Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.8) Ability to interpret an extensive variety of production processes and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
