Job Title: Senior Specialist – HR Selection & Management

Report to: Senior Manager – HR Selection & Management

Based in Shanghai

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for maintaining and develop company network and associations with respect to candidate pools

-       Develop and maintain long-term relationship with candidates in company database

-       Participate in job fairs to collect new information of potential candidates

·         Responsible for personnel search and assessment

-        Meet with customer s with key account managers, understand customer needs, define services scope and delivery time

-        Handle personnel search projects, includes prepare the target list, search for candidates through all kinds of channels, evaluate candidates and organize final interview and documents, short list report preparation

-        Manages the profitable on time and in quality execution of projects

-        Be involved in the personnel search of internal positions, give technical support to team members

·         Participate meeting with prospective clients, business partners and channels with Key account managers and Sales & Marketing Department to promote HR services

·         Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and make sure clients satisfaction

·         Maintain and update contacts’ database (candidates, clients) and keep records up-to-date

Requirements:

·         Bachelor degree in HR management, business administration or other related majors

·         Minimum 5 years of working experience in the corporate or consulting services sector, including at least 3 years in executive search industry

·         Proven track record of managing client relationship successfully and handling assignment independently

·         Strong knowledge in the P.R.C’s labor policies and regulations

·         Good English - both written and spoken

·         Good PC operation skills
