HR Specialist: Job Description:
1. Personnel administration support Nexans HR Shared Service Centre to guarantee high-quality and precisely- timed personnel administration work for: 1) Employee data
update & management 2)Attendance summary for payroll preparation. 3) Support on systematic management.
2. Ensure monthly internal and external report timely and correctly.
3. Execution and support of selecting recruitment advertising channel, organizing recruitment activities, screening resume and interviewing candidates.
4. Coordinate the HR administrative handling issued by authorities such as local labor authority,and internal& external audit.
5. Strictly follow relevant legal requirements to handle staffing process, including but not limited the process for new employee staffing, boarding, existing and others.
6. Execution of training needs survey, internal and external training organization and evaluation.
7. Participant in HR projects to improve work efficiency as well as internal customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, min 3 years relevant experience in multinational company
2. Proficiency in written and spoken English
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill, flexible and people oriented, ability to get along with diverse personalities.
4. High initiative, self motivated an hard working attitude.
5. Familiar with the latest labor laws and relevant government regulations.
