Center Sales Manager

Job Description
The Center Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team of a 1000+ student Learning Center. The sales team will drive both new sales, referral sales and repeat sales and work closely with the operations team to ensure high-quality customer service throughout the student experience.

Candidate Background:
5 years work experience and at least 2 years on sales management.

Essential Skills/Experience:
Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in team leadership and management.
An extroverted personality with a desire to help students reach their goals in life
A sales background with previous experience in meeting sales targets
Self-motivated and comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a positive spirit
Basic finance management skills.
Good computer skills, including MS-Office.

Essential Education:
Bachelor degree or above in business management or related.
