  • To promote the swift, effective and smooth conclusion of the conveyancing process.
  • To liaise effectively with the property buyer, communicating the processes involved in purchasing a UK property.
  • Ensuring the buyer provides the correct documentation makes all payments with urgency.
  • To liaise effectively with the Buyer and Developer solicitors in a professional and accurate manner and to help provide all the necessary information to progress the purchase through to exchange of contracts.
  • To ensure that urgency is created with the Buyer and the Buyer’s solicitor to complete their side of the process.
  • Utilising the CRM system for adding and amending sales deals onto it.
  • Communicate accurately and professionally via email and telephone to UK legal professionals and Customers.
  • To liaise with our Dubai office in order to answer customer queries and to deliver detailed answers on property contracts.
  • Answer customer questions and queries on the property and contracts pre and post exchange of contracts
  • Communicate payment dates in advance to customers and to be responsible for payments are made on time
  • Liaise with our accounts team to confirm payments, issue Statements of Accounts, invoices and receipts

[size=14.100000381469727px]Experience: Experience in a similar process-driven role, with experience of dealing with demanding clients is desirable.

[size=14.100000381469727px]Numerical and I.T Skills: Strong numerical skill and high level of computer literacy is essential, with ability to pick up navigation of CRM systems quickly.
[size=14.100000381469727px]Communication: Possesses strong oral and written skills with the ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner. Can build relationships quickly with both customers and colleagues. A confident and professional telephone manner is essential.
