China Executive Associates is a regional headhunting agency remaining active in the Asia Pacific region.
Our Shanghai Office comprises of 20 staff, including 3 partners, 6 consultants, 10 researchers, and other supporting staff. Most of them are young and engergetic professionals, who are passionate with what we are doing.
Based on our rapid growing business in mainland China, we are now looking for well expeirenced headhunters/Recruitment Consultants to join us.

Title:        Partner/Consultant/Sr.Consultant
Job location:   Shanghai
Subordinates:   lead a few consultants or researchers
Pay level:      negotiable
Job duties:
1, Daily communication with clients, including,but not limited to, providing recruitment solutions, collecting industrial intelligence,maintaining KA relationship,renewing contract,credit(service fee)management,etc.
2, recruit and train team members
3, as a individual contributor or a team leader, monitor the whole "talent search" process and close openings from clients through a timely and cost-effectively way.

Requirements:
1, love the headhunter industry, a passionate hard worker
2, Excellent English, in both oral and writen
3, himself or herself, being an expert in talent search methodologies
