Responsibilities:
- Information Research. a. Get more information in the related industry like competitors, related industry to find what other companies we can search; b. Identify our target searching company and list our potential clients.
- Cold Call. a. Identify names of our target companies and target functions; b. Well understanding part of organization of the target function team by cold calls; c. Try best to identify specific information including extension number, email or mobile number
- Warm Call. a. Effective Approach - Client background, job responsibilities, selling points and etc.; b. Brief check with interested candidates; English, working experiences, "must-have" points; c. Maintain relationship with not interested candidates, professionally asking for recommendation, clear record why he or she not interested, over qualified, not qualified, feeling interested in which level position, and etc. for future approach.
- Follow up. a. Interview Arrangement; b. After interview follow up. | | Requirements:
- Above associate degree, any major is Okay.
- + 3 year working experience; Preferable worked in telephone sales, customer service, market research, management consulting or in house HR.
- Strong communication skills and must have strong motivation in talking to people by using the telephone and during a face-to-face meeting
- Excellent written and oral skills in English is a must and have good practice in Ms Office.
- Can work well under great pressure and time constraints
- Willing to work base on the job career in recruitment consulting industry.
