Responsibilities:
- Collect client Companies background, size, organizational structure, and business culture and competitor information;
- Detailed communication with clients about the positions for analysis and assessment (including positions described, the job duties and qualifications required)
- Initial screening of candidates, with interviews and recommend interview, hiring, and recruitment procedures. (Academic background of the candidates, work experience, motivation, personality, capabilities, potentials and aspirations of salaries and other aspects of assessment)
- According to the results of interviews, write evaluation report to recommend talent.
- Maintain two-way communication with clients and candidates, to make coordination work.
- Provide the units and individuals with professional human resources management consulting.
- Maintaining good relations with the old clients
- Develop new clients and industry in the direction of the company. | | |
| | Requirements:
- Bachelor degree+
- +6 years working experience
- Good communicating skills, both English & Chinese
- Willing to work under pressure
Additional Information: Good Candidates with excellent background will be considered Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant.
