(Sr.) HR Associate人力资源专员 Responsibilities • Work with manager onthe manpower analysis and work out the hiring plan • Manage recruitmentfrom sourcing, screening and qualifying, to evaluating candidates for talentmapping, liaising with hiring managers on resourcing needs and hiringdecisions, and facilitating onboarding procedures for successful candidates • Manage and look good use of recruitmentchannels, like websites, linkedin etc. • Track statistics andprepare periodic reports for recruiting activities • Coordinate humanresources and recruitment events, like campus recruitment • Assist with managing projects related tolegislation in the recruitment process within HR and across the business • HR systems,practices, procedures and compliance • Ensure the provisionof timely employee-related information to management teams as necessary Requirements • Ideally, a HumanResources, Psychology or Business-related degree with a minimum of three year’srelevant experience; recent graduates with a proactive learning attitude willalso be considered • A strong team playerwith good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to solveproblems with a positive mindset • Be confident indealing with people • Be passionate andcommitted to take up challenging tasks • Good spoken andwritten English skills are essential 因为是一家外资公司,所以对英文的读写能力还是有要求的 能看懂的就合格了 。欢迎骚扰
