Responsibilities of theposition:

1. Lead implementation activitiesrelated to IAC quality systems, including training other team members;

2. Leading audits, teaching othershow to audit, and scheduling regular follow meetings/audits to ensure progressis being made and expectations of compliance are being met;

3. Support the implementation andadherence to IAC standards and procedures to ensure all manufacturing locationsare compliant to both internal and external (customer specific) quality systemrequirements.

Education and BackgroundRequirements:

1.     Must have a solid knowledge of basic quality systems;

2.     Must have the ability to train others;

3.     Good interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem solvingskills;

4.     Must be self motivated;

5.     One major OEM (GM/Ford/Chrylser/Diamler) Tier one prior experiencein a QA systems role;

6.     At least 3 years of relevant experience andTS-16949/CCC/Experience;

7.     Must be a certified auditor for ISO/TS16949;

8.Good written and verbal communicationskill in both Mandarin and English
