Position:

Job Title: Researcher

Location: Suzhou

Major Responsibilities:

1. Support Consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions;

2. Help Consultant to set target list for each case including corporation information for special industry;

3. Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find potential candidates;

4. Help to arrange interview between candidates and Consultant;

5. Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment specialists' requirements;

6. Be responsible for conducting paper work;

7. Data entry and maintain database;

8. Get involved in other relevant responsibilities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, HR, English, or engineering major is preferred

2. Be interested in recruitment job and communicating with people  

3, Background in recruiting or related sales professionals is ideal;

4. Good communicator, learner and team player

5, Responsible, client driven, be able to work under great pressure,  

6. Good written and oral English.

7,The education, experience, English requirement limit might be extended for candidates with excellent soft skills

Job Title: Consultant

Location: Suzhou

Major Responsibilities:

As our Recruitment Consultant, you would handle the full spectrum of recruitment and candidate placement for a prestigious Fortune 500 client, using state-of-the-art tools and a unique process. Your primary responsibilities would include the following:

---  Conducting executive search and following up with clients and candidates independently.

---  Analyze clients' hiring needs and job description, and identify target candidates for clients

---  Assisting to prepare candidate reports, progress reports and reference check reports etc.

---  Building-up database and collecting information of market talents and clients

---  Providing administrative support and expanding internal database

---  Helping to prepare materials for business development and client visits

---  Develop and maintain good client relationships

---  Other responsibilities assigned by team leader   

Requirements:

---  Bachelor's degree or above, HR, English, or engineering major is preferred

---  Minimum 5 years working experience in either HR, executive search or functional experience in industrial field such as sales and marketing

---  Excellent communication skills are required

---  Knowledge or experience in industries such as Manufacturing would be a definite asset

---  Be able to handle task independently and very good team work spirit

---  Well self organized and self motivated

---  Computer proficiency is essential

---  Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin

---  The education, experience, English requirement limit might be extended for candidates with excellent soft skills
