JD: Main Tasks: - Ensure all positions have job descriptions prepared by line managers. - Organize personal development discussion (PDD). - Implement and monitor personal development plan. - Organize annual Portfolio process. - Analysis training needs and support line manager in preparing training plans for associates. - Develop people development programs (trainee program, mentor program, job rotation program, etc.). - Build up and update competence models. - Be responsible for promoting BMW basic principles, company values/ culture in the company. - Ensure documents in the working area well filed. - Support line manager in probation appraisal for new associates (target setting for probation, performance review and follow up). - Support line manager in preparing individual target agreements for associates. - Support in mid-year target review and provide consultancy for performance improvement. - Monitor performance improvement after training and other development measurement to ensure returns of investments on training and development. - Prepare and implement succession plans. - Monitor performance improvement of low performers. - Participate in HR projects. Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or above - 5+ years working experience in performance management or training area in multinational companies. - Be able to understand the business and to identify how HR can best contributes to its success. - Good knowledge in performance management. - Strong analysis skills and communication skills. - Have strong observation skills and coaching skills. - Be open and confident. - Fluent in Mandarin and English. - Necessary knowledge about labor law and regulations.
