1.  Knowledge of the nonwovens markets, products, competition, consumers,trends, etc.

2.  Knowledge and use of Probability, Statistical Inference and Design ofExperiments.

3.  Knowledge and use of Patents/Trademarks with regards to nonwovens.

4.  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw validconclusions.

5.  Ability to develop, organize, and manage multiple projects.

6.  Ability to manage and lead a diverse, cross-functional team ofprofessionals to deliver against key objectives and timelines.

7.  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals,professional journals, technical procedures, patents or governmentalregulations.

8.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions fromOwnership, peer groups, and customers.

9.  Ability to interact with customers on all levels in both technical andrelationship capacities.

10.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Minitab, as well asother office systems.

11.  BS/MS in Science or Engineering

12.  Minimum of 7 – 10 years Product Development experience in the nonwovens orassociated industry.
